Meet the Founder

Kim Stanley, CPA, has over 20 years of experience as a C-Suite-level, growth-oriented finance professional. She has a strong growth track record, including helping Perdoceo grow to over $2B in ARR during her tenure, and 10x revenue in her first start-up position. Kim took the fractional leap after she founded her first startup and realized just how hard the life of a founder could be. After closing its doors, she decided to direct her energy and talents into providing better financial support for scaling businesses, one level at a time. She has been building a fractional career for herself and her growing roster of Pros ever since, working extensively across industries, including SaaS, marketing and design agencies, nonprofits and public institutions, education, professional services, construction, manufacturing, CPG, and retail.
